- Prepare mise-en-place
- Set up table according to reservation plan

- Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Initiative and good customer service skills
- Experienced in Western cuisine / Bar area is highly preferred
