As a Captain - Mandarin Grill +Bar in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for
- Be in charge of assigned section to ensure smooth operation
- Greet the guests, take orders, deliver food & beverage items and handle payments according to hotel’s standards and procedures
- Present and explain menu items to guests as well as making recommendations in a professional manner
- Create special moments and provide seamless service with guests
- Provide on-the-job training for colleagues
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Captain
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service
- Pleasant, presentable, service -oriented, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
