We are looking for the Restaurant Manager at Ventaglio.

Located on the 2nd floor and boasting a 25-metre-high ceiling, Ventaglio offers a unique dining experience filled with natural light. The iconic Benjamin tree, also known as the tree of happiness, greets guests as they enter, setting the tone for a truly memorable occasion. Drawing inspiration from various culinary cultures across the globe, Chef offers sophisticated and authentic international cuisine. From a vibrant array of starters to indulgently moreish main courses, our diverse menu promises to delight every palate and preference.

 

Qualification and Experience required

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory position, preferably in luxury hotel environment

- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Japanese languages (Japanese language skills are a must.)

- Highly self motivated and able to motivate others

- Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner

- Have an in-depth knowledge of food and its preparation

- Have a good knowledge of food and beverages

- Be able to relate to all levels of guest and management as same as internal colleague

- Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time

- Must have excellent attention to details, and extensive service knowledge

- Have mathematical skills, computer software aptitude and some hotel operation knowledge.

- Constantly driving and motivating subordinates by positive attitude.
