About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo / within the Housekeeping Department in Tokyo, the Turn down Attendant is responsible for the overall cleanliness of all guestrooms that they are assigned.

- Conducting Stay make between 12:00 - 16:00

- Conducting Turn Down between 17:00 - 21:00

The Turn down Attendant reports to the Floor Supervisor.

As Turndown Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties: (short description)

• Guest Room Cleanliness and Tidiness
• Guest Room equipment and facilities
• Guest Requests Handling
