About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Sanya within the Housekeeping Department in Sanya, the Storekeeper is responsible for managing departmental supplies, coordinating the procurement, inventory, receiving, and dispatching of daily necessities, as well as organizing warehouse operations to ensure timely supply and support smooth departmental operations. The Storekeeper reports to the Executive Housekeeper and is supervised by the PA Manager.

As Storekeeper, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Maintain the warehouse in a safe, clean, and tidy environment.

• Conduct monthly inventory checks and update inventory records accordingly.

• Manage warehouse goods according to the first-in-first-out principle to prevent waste and expiration.

• Independently operate departmental two-wheel or four-wheel electric vehicles and maintain them in good condition.

• Issue receiving records promptly after deliveries.

• Ship goods at least 1–2 times per week based on departmental operational needs to ensure sufficient supplies in the workspace.
•  Possess basic computer skills and be able to use the procurement system to place orders as required until purchase orders are generated.
• To perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by the hotel management.
• Strictly comply with the relevant provisions of the hotel's 《Employee Handbook》
