Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino is looking for a Spa Treatment Manager to join our Spa & Wellness team, for season 2026.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Spa & Wellness Department in Pylos, the Spa Treatment Manager supervises and coordinates activities of employees delivering spa services, including salon, skin care, program coordination, reservations, reception desk, massage and locker room areas. The role focuses on ensuring guest and employee satisfaction and achieving the operating budget. The Spa Treatment Manager reports to the Director of Spa & Wellness.

As Spa Treatment Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Perform as a professional therapist, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position or assigned by the Head of Department.

  • Possess a Duty Manager role, overseeing Guests, Spa Reception and Retails, Relaxation Areas, Treatments, Male and Female Changing Rooms, Swimming Pool, Heat and Water Experiences, Linen Room, Storages, Preparation Room and Offices.

  • Write, train and ensure all SOPs are followed as per LQE standards.

  • Review treatment rooms cleanliness and maintenance standards, and report issues to engineering.

  • Be accountable for all professional stock in the spa, and complete monthly stock take and orders.

  • Conduct monthly therapy team meeting and daily briefings, and attend monthly spa meetings and Hotel daily briefing as and when the Spa & Wellness Director is not on the property.

As Spa Treatment Manager, we expect from you: 

  • Valid EU Passport or Hellenic Residence Permit.

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management in Beauty, and Spa.

  • 3 years’ experience in a luxury hotel setting.

  • Working knowledge of skin care therapies, beauty products and trends.

  • Knowledge of holistic concepts and treatments.

  • Knowledge of current spa trends, industry, and philosophy.

  • Fluency in English & Greek.

  • Prior experience in a new opening luxury hotel environment will be considered as a plus.
