Based at the Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing / within The Spa, the Spa Supervisor is responsible for meeting and exceeding guest expectations by providing efficient and courteous The Spa and Fitness center services in accordance with Legendary Quality Experiences. The Spa Supervisor reports to the Director Of Spa & Wellness.

As Spa Supervisor, you will responsible for the following duties:

作为水疗主管，您将负责以下职责：

· Greet and escort guests promptly to their rooms.

处理客人的所有反馈和意见。

· Provide all guests with warm, sincere and personalized welcome services.

· Provide quality service with colleagues to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout the guest’s experience.

As Spa Supervisor, we expect from you:

· Conducting conversations and providing customer service in English.

· Act as supervisor on Duty for daily spa operations.

· To be the first point of contact for corporate groups.

· Responsible for end of month spa retail inventory and submit to Spa Director.

· Arrange duty schedule that meets the needs of the operation.

· Organize Spa Concierge and Spa Attendant Training, including Spasoft, shadow shifts, product & treatment knowledge.

· Update Training attendance report and yearly planner on a monthly basis and send to Human Resources.
