The main focus of your job will be:

• Effectively assist in the management of the team and ensure that high standards are maintained at all times
• Cooperation with the spa concierge and ensuring the smooth running of the spa reception
• In conjunction with the Spa Director fully support all training and development activities of the team
• Overseeing the day to day operations of the spa and ensuring a high level of service
• Resolving guest requests and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction
• Planning and organizing special wellness programs and events
• Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the spa

What we expect from you:

• At least 2 years of experience in a senior position in the spa and wellness industry
• Excellent organizational and management skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good knowledge of English language at a written and communicative level; other language skills are an advantage
• Professionalism and pleasant demeanour
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to exceed guest expectations
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing client and operational needs (shift work)
