We are looking for a Shift Leader to strengthen our reception team.
As part of a team of about ten colleagues, you will be responsible for supervising the receptionists to ensure guest check-in, billing, and overall service are carried out in accordance with the standards established by Mandarin Oriental.
You will oversee the smooth running of the front shift under your responsibility. In this capacity, you will make operational decisions as needed to ensure a memorable welcome and stay for our guests, under the supervision of the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager.
A guest’s impression of the hotel and the warmth of the welcome often hinges on their initial contact at check-in. As such, the Front Office Supervisor plays a key role in guest satisfaction, from arrival through departure.
You will also be responsible for certain administrative tasks and for supporting team training to ensure the department runs smoothly.
Job Requirements:
Independent, responsible, and experienced in team leadership
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel environment
Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written); a third language is a plus
A natural sense of hospitality, a genuine smile, and a passion for guest interaction

The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience working in Food and Beverage department in a 5-star hotel environment. Ability to speak German, Russian or French language is an advantage.
