Scope of Position
The incumbent will provide service that goes beyond the guests’ expectations by anticipating their needs and performing service based on standards set forth by management. He/she will also be responsible for handling special requests and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

To perform any tasks relating to billing according to hotel service standards and cashiering policies
To report any guest comments or complaints to the manager on duty in In Room Dining allowing prompt corrective action
To perform clearing of tables and trays in the wash service area ensuring efficient rotation of silver, china and glassware and keeping breakage to a minimum
To perform duties relating to counting linen on a rota basis
To cooperate with colleagues and provide practical support.
To perform additional duties as related to the position or as prescribed by management.
