The Senior Manager, Feasibility and Development Planning will play an integral role in providing market and financial evaluations to Development team to accelerate expansion of Hotels and Residences’ portfolio. This position will report to Vice President, Global Feasibility. Remote work possible.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct extensive financial analysis/projections and scenario assessments for new management projects including ground-up/mixed-use developments, conversions and other opportunities independently.
Carry out market research and competitive assessment through conducting desktop research, field work, site inspection and interviews as directed.
Analyze hotel financial statements and economic, lodging, and market area trends to arrive at supportable forecasts.
Liaise with various disciplines within the organization such as Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales & Marketing and Tax as well as owners, consultants, and other counterparties externally for the compilation of business models through projections to facilitate deal negotiations and board’s approval.
Coordinate and liaise between the Development team’s efforts and the Technical Services teams to consolidate floor plans and comp set information for the creation of Preliminary Area Program.
Assist in preparation of RFP proposals, LOIs, deal memos, due diligence, market analyses, and development pitch presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or Economics.
A minimum of 7 years’ hospitality experience in financial analysis and feasibility, real estate acquisitions/development, valuation and/or consulting.
Working knowledge and familiarity with geographic hotel markets in Americas.
