Rising Fans Programme Objectives:
The core purpose of the Rising Fans programme is to attract, develop, challenge and nurture motivated emerging talent to create a pipeline of potential future leaders for Mandarin Oriental.
Successful candidates will receive hands on 18-month in-depth operational and leadership training in our Food & Beverage Division at levels of increasing responsibility, and also take part in a comprehensive programme of supplementary in house training courses, mentoring, cross exposure and projects. The 2-phase programme allows the candidates to acquire key learning at home division, and go through cross functional exposure at other divisions or even locations.
A management position and an exciting career with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group are prepared for the Rising Fans who have successfully completed the programme with positive performance and dedication. They will be monitored continually after their graduation and given priorities to take up various roles both at corporate and hotel levels to support the future growth of the company.
