As the Revenue and Reservations Manager you will be responsible for maximizing the hotel’s revenue through pricing strategies and the reservations process. You will oversee the Reservations team to ensure smooth operations and efficient handling of guest bookings. You will also work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to identify revenue opportunities and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
The main focus of your job will be:
Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to optimize room occupancy and revenue
Oversee the daily operations of the Reservations team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing guest bookings
Conduct data analysis and forecasting to monitor market trends and performance
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align revenue strategies with promotional efforts
Lead the Reservations team to provide exceptional service and maintain brand standards
Analyze performance reports and present findings to senior management
Identify revenue growth opportunities and develop action plans to address them
Ensure compliance with company revenue management and reservations standards and policies
What we expect from you:
Previous experience in revenue management and reservations or a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
Experience managing a team in a reservations or customer service setting.
Proficiency in revenue management systems, reservations systems, MS Excel, and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Czech is a plus.

ELIGIBILITY TO WORK IN CZECH REPUBLIC

Responsible for leading the development and implementation of revenue strategies, techniques, best practices, and driving total revenue management across the Hotel. He/she is responsible for pricing, inventory management, and analysis.
