About the job

Based at the Corporate Office in London, within the Commercial function, the Revenue Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Global Revenue Management organisation.

The role provides high-level administrative, operational, and reporting support to the VP Group Revenue Strategy & Operations, VP Revenue Management Excellence, and VP Commercial Opening Strategy. Acting as a central coordination point, this position ensures the smooth running of executive workflows, departmental processes, and cross-functional collaboration across Corporate and Regional Revenue teams.

The Revenue Coordinator operates with discretion, precision, and efficiency, enabling senior leadership to focus on strategic priorities while maintaining operational excellence across the department.

As Revenue Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Executive Support

  • Provide proactive and professional administrative support to senior leadership.
  • Manage complex and dynamic diaries across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate global travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
  • Prepare, submit, and track executive expense claims in a timely manner.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.

Revenue Management Team Support

  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and internal forums.
  • Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Support ad-hoc departmental reporting, data consolidation, and dashboard preparation.
  • Track annual leave, compliance requirements, onboarding processes, and team administration.
     

Data & Reporting Support

  • Assist in the preparation of Revenue Management reports and executive presentations.
  • Conduct ad-hoc rate shops, audits, and competitive analysis, particularly in support of new openings.
  • Maintain and update departmental SharePoint sites and central documentation repositories.
     

Departmental Administration

  • Oversee vendor invoice processing, purchase orders, and budget tracking.
  • Manage system access for Revenue Management platforms, including onboarding and offboarding requests.
  • Maintain and update distribution lists for Corporate and Hotel Revenue teams.
  • Support CAPEX and OPEX administrative requirements.
  • Maintain accurate digital filing systems and structured documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating documentation and templates for hotel openings.

As Revenue Coordinator, we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in administrative, commercial, or operational support roles.
  • Experience within hospitality, commercial, or revenue environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with RMS, CRS systems, or Power BI dashboards is an advantage.
  • Certifications in project coordination or business analysis are considered a plus.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
