Responsible in managing all aspects of the restaurant. He/ she is expected to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests and motivate our colleagues to ensure excellent customer service. Supervisors will be responsible for maintaining quality and increasing profitability. Exceptional management skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must.
Create and maintain a pleasant working environment and foster teamwork at all times
• Assist Restaurant Manager to constantly find ways to further increase revenues without sacrificing pre-determined standards
• Communicate guest feedback to the Restaurant Manager at once and through the use of the outlets log book
• Ensure effective communication between Supervisor and Staff
• Ensure that all service colleagues are briefed regularly on the hotels policies and procedures
• Ensure effective implementation of the IMS policy and procedures
• Ensure continuous training and awareness of the IMS system
• Ensure OTPs are monitored and acted upon
• Identify areas of improvement through CPAR or suggestions
