 As Reservation Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• To control room availability.
• To be responsible for reservation processes.
• To follow up all work assignment given by Reservation Sales Manager.
• To coordinate with departments concerned for details and special requests for particular reservations.
• To sell hotel rooms and to take reservations by phones.
• To sell and promote facilities in the hotel.
• To record all reservations in mail books.
• To type rack slips.
• To daily count room nights.
• To pull guest history cards of guests who will arrive on the next day.
• To type weekly forecast list.
• To process reservations from LHW.
• To control sale and report forms for LHW stations.
• To file all reservations on daily basis.

As Reservation Sales Supervisor, we expect from you: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in hotel management or relevant.
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience in Reservation Sales Department.
• Proficiency in English and in Computer skills.
• Possess good leadership skills and team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Thai.
