About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Canouan / within the Spa & Wellness Department in Canouan, the Recreation .The Recreation Attendant will be responsible for :
- Kayaking excursions
- Hobie Cat sailing
- Guided snorkeling experiences
- Hiking and trail walks

Running
- Shore and rock-line fishing experiences
- Stand-up paddleboarding lessons
These individuals must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as recreation is highly dependent on guest interaction and engagement. Whether teaching a guest how to sail a Hobie Cat, assisting with paddleboarding, or spending an hour fishing with them, the ability to communicate confidently and create meaningful connections is essential.
