Reception Manager

As Reception Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, ensuring smooth and efficient service that reflects the Mandarin Oriental standards of luxury and excellence. You will lead and inspire a team dedicated to delivering warm, seamless, and thoughtful service to every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the reception team to deliver outstanding guest service.

  • Supervise daily check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and requests.

  • Manage room assignments and oversee reservation processes.

  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care.

  • Ensure daily reports and guest records are maintained accurately.

  • Train, coach, and support the development of Front Office staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication in both Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in hotel management systems.
  • Guest-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service excellence.
