As a RB&E Intern, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• To provide guest services including taking order taker and promoting the food and beverages through recommendation
• Suggest and correctly take food & beverage orders using upselling techniques
• Deliver the correct order to the table and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Set up tables according to standards and reservations
• Clear tables between courses and ensure a warm farewell to every guest
• Enter all sales in POS accurately; double-check before sending orders
• Ensure all products served are correctly reflected on the final bill
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen regarding special requests and dietary needs
• Prepare pantry/side station with proper mise en place
• Relay special guest requests or issues to the managers promptly
• Delivery guest orders accurately and on time to ensure a smooth and satisfying guest experience
• Prepare and maintain back-of-house areas, ensuring they are neat, tidy, clean, and safe

As a RB&E Intern,, we expect from you: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Vocational or technical training related to the field is an advantage but not mandatory
• Any basic exposure to the relevant field (e.g., school projects, internships, part‑time roles) is an advantage
