Duties and Responsibilities

• To send any authorized daily Beverage purchase orders, ensuring all is received by the supplier.
• Daily to follow up on delivery dates once orders are placed and inform the relevant department.
• To follow up on order to ensure all beverage orders are shipped and delivered on promised dates.
• To organize stores, control goods and prevent loss though theft and spoilage and that store are kept in hygienic condition.
• To ensure that proper authorization is obtained before releasing goods to outlets, to ensure all stock request are done in Moreton Bay and properly authorized and signed before goods are released.
