Purchasing Clerk

As Purchasing Clerk, you will responsible for the following duties:
- Determination of supply requirements
- Processes purchase requests from departments
- To maintain files of executed and unexecuted orders as well as partial deliveries
- Maintaining and updating materials software
- Receiving of all goods and delivery note checks
- Ensures products and resources are assigned to the appropriate department and billed accordingly
- Point of contact and support for trainees
- Support for preparations of end of month reporting
- To be familiar with import procedures and documentation’s and approaches that may be required from Local Government.
- Ensure physical stock take is conducted as scheduled
As Purchasing Clerk, we expect from you:
- successfully completed vocational training in hotel industry, commercial training or studies
- first professional experience in purchasing
- solid MS Office knowledge, Excel skills
- high attention to detail, structured way of working and quick learning ability
- good Chinese and English language skills
