Mandarin Oriental Sanya is looking for a People & Culture Supervisor to join our People & Culture Department team.

The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Sanya is set in serene surroundings and consists of 18 treatment suites situated in 8 beautifully appointed villas. Each treatment suite includes private steam showers and the couples, VIP suites are furnished with sauna, steam room and oversized bathtub. Some of the luxury treatments on offer include the signature Oriental Essence, Thai, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and Mandarin Oriental facial therapies.

About the job

Under the guidance and supervision of directly supervisors and within the limits of established Mandarin Oriental Hotels Group policies and procedures, implements people & Culture policies and procedures. Promote the desired work culture around the 11 pillars.

As People & Culture Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Familiarizes and enforces the MO P&C framework including Interviewing and Recruitment
• Move in programme/ Learning and Development/ Performance Appraisal/ Associate Administration/ Managing performance and development/ C&B Function
• Familiarizes and enforces local P&C policies and procedures, Assist APCD to establish effective operational procedures within the department and urge implementation
• Ensures clear lines of communication exist to disseminate information affecting employer - associate relations, associate activities and hotel policies and programmes.     
• Guide or train personnel clerk or interns to do work according to processes and standards.
• Assist HRM to management dormitory/staff canteen and shuttle bus
• P&C inventory of fixed
• Assist colleague activities
• Maintenance of staff facilities/locker/canteen/shift dormitory/Smoking area.
• Other tasks assigned by APCD or PCD
