The P&C Administration Specialist is key to enhancing our P&C operational efficiency. This role ensures smoothness in all administration P&C processes, through meticulous management of HR systems and policies ensuring accurate data management, effective communication, and adherence to Human resources standards. The specialist will be key in integrating and controlling several HCM solutions and streamlining P&C operations
Your responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support, including all payroll process in collaboration with the external payroll supplier.
* Assist in preparing and administering employment documents, ensuring all employee data is accurate and up-to-date and a proper on boarding process.
* Support the implementation and optimization of P&C projects and initiatives in collaboration with P&C experts and stakeholders.
* Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries, offering guidance and support on P&C policies and procedures.
* Manage the offboarding process with employees. Special focus in partial retirement employees.
* In charge of time tracking system and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with labor agreements and maintain effective communication with workers' councils or unions.
* Participate and support other projects within P&C department (equality plan, P&C activities etc.)
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in human resources administration or a similar role.
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Knowledge of ADP payroll system and workday as a plus.
* Strong understanding of labor laws and HR administration best practices.
* Good level of English and Spanish.

* Experience in hospitality and/or international companies.
* Experience in external payroll supplier companies.
* Familiarity with labor relations and hospitality collective agreement.
