About the job
Based Mandarin Oriental Jakarta, the People and Culture Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of Colleague Experience, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Employer Branding, including but not limited to Colleague Events, Activities, Communication, Partnership, etc. This role plays a key part in promoting a positive workplace culture and colleague experience, strengthening communication across departments, and ensuring smooth execution of P&C-led activities that align with the MOHG’s values. The People and Culture Coordinator reports to the People & Culture Manager.
As People and Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Colleague Relations & Recognition
Organize all colleague recognition programs, including Colleague of the Month, Manager of the Quarter, Guest Comments, and Circle Moments of Delight.
2. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Plan and organize all CSR initiatives, ensuring alignment with MOHG’s annual community engagement hour targets.
3. Colleague Restaurant Management (MO Makan)
Manage reporting related to the colleague restaurant, including daily menu updates, cover reports, feedback collection, and utensil inventory.
4. Colleague Facilities
5. Colleague Communication
Plan communication and activity coordination for the People+ platform, including briefings, refreshers, and follow-ups.
