About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the P&C Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the P&C Generalist provides administrative and operational support across a broad range of People & Culture activities, including onboarding and offboarding, payroll preparation, time and attendance, colleague records management, benefits administration, colleague engagement initiatives, and P&C systems maintenance. The role supports the smooth delivery of People & Culture services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive colleague experience. The P&C Generalist reports to the P&C Administration Assistant Manager.

As P&C Generalist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Manage day-to-day People & Culture administration and support all stages of the colleague lifecycle.

  • Provide professional, confidential support to colleagues and serve as a first point of contact for People & Culture enquiries.

  • Prepare employment-related documentation, including hiring documents, contracts, amendments, certificates, and other colleague correspondence.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation, system updates, and statutory submissions are completed accurately and on time.

  • Review attendance, leave, absence, and timekeeping records, supporting payroll preparation and compliance with employment administration requirements, including ERGANI submissions and e-EFKA declarations and processes.

  • Maintain P&C systems and colleague records, administer employee benefits, and support engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and colleague experience initiatives.

As P&C Generalist, we expect from you: 

  • Valid EU Passport or Hellenic Residence Permit.

  • Minimum 2 year experience in People & Culture department, preferably within the hospitality industry.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of direct related experience and education.

  • Good knowledge of HR administration, payroll support, and employment lifecycle processes.

  • Good knowledge of Greek employment administration and statutory requirements, including ERGANI and e-EFKA processes, with experience in HRIS and time & attendance systems considered an advantage.

  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Fluency in Greek and English.
