Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist the IT Department in Delivering IT support both to guests and colleagues 

• Assist the IT Department in Delivering audio-visual dedicated services and support 

• Assist with SOPs and inventory tasks 

• Categorize IT needs requests 

• Supporting the Admin task of the IT Department 

• Follow-up any project tasks and security operations 

Requirements:

• Computer and Electronic skills 

• Have a solid knowledge of using PCs, Laptops and Office suite 

• Proficiency in English 

• Attention to detail 

• Able to work flexible hours and sometimes on weekends and holidays 

• Time-management, teamwork and problem-solving skills
