The Hotel:

For our Front Office Department we are looking for an intern who will support the following key activities:

  • Review arrival lists to welcome guests.
  • Attend guests and answer their inquiries.
  • Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions).
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
  • Lift Ambassador -will stand in lobby and manage elevators as guests arrive.
  • Handle internal/external calls
  • Guest relations backoffice (welcome card, wowME report, Hotel Handover compilation, HMS amenities setup, ELOG profile registration)

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English, Italian (mandatory)
  • Excellent overall communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Strong desire to provide excellent guest service at all time
  • The ability to work well in a team environment
