About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Groups & Events Coordinator is responsible for various events within the hotel. The Groups & Events Coordinator reports to the Director of Groups & Events.

As Groups & Events Coordinator, you will responsible for the following duties:

• Processing all incoming requests for events
• Communication with all departments involved
• Supporting and advising customers
• Preparation and processing of offers, contracts and other documents
• Carrying out site visits

As Groups & Events Coordinator, we expect from you:

• Passion for events and (luxury) hotel industry
• Professional experience in the hotel or catering industry is an advantage
• Guest-oriented approach
• Profound MS Office knowledge
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Charming and friendly appearance
• Organization ability, open-minded and reliable
