Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to join our Guest Experience team.

About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Guest Experience Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the Front Office Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Front Office operations. The Front Office Supervisor reports to the Front Office Assistant Manager.

As Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

  • Creates strategies, duties and responsibilities of Front Office colleagues and ensures that work processes are in a logical order.
  • Ensures that Legendary Quality Experiences, policies and procedures are properly understood and followed through.
  • Makes courtesy calls, observes guests and anticipates guest needs.
  • Utilizes tablets and briefing reports to ensure proper communication with guests.
  • Maintains a positive, friendly demeanor always.
  • Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

As Front Office Supervisor, we expect from you: 

  • EU Passport or valid Residence Permit is mandatory in order to work in Greece.
  • Minimum of  1 year experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel/resort.
  • Fluency in English and in Greek. Any other additional language will be considered as a plus.
