About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou, within the Housekeeping Department in Guangzhou, the Floor Supervisor is responsible for reports to Assistant Housekeeper. Room Attendants reports to Floor Supervisor Ensuring the guest room standards with regards to cleanliness, maintenance, supply and ambience are consistently maintained at a very high level.

The Floor Supervisor reports to the Assistant Housekeeper.

As Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• To provide a seamless, efficient and friendly service at all times.
• To ensure a clean, comfortable, well maintained and welcoming environment.
• To use any opportunity to delight and satisfy guests’ needs.
• To make sure all guest information is forwarded to the Guest History Coordinator to record in guest history profile.
• To facilitate a motivating atmosphere by communicating effectively.
• To give feedback in a positive and encouraging manner.
• To communicate accurate information actively and in a timely manner to colleagues.
• To be an active team player with a “hands on” approach.
• To provide on-the-job training to new members of the team
• To ensure all equipment and cleaning supplies are used correctly and in accordance with the local safety and security standards to guarantee employee safety.

As Floor Supervisor, we expect from you:

• Minimum of 2 years international hotel working experience.
• High Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Good Communication skills.
• Responsible and positive attitude, be able to work under pressure and with team work spirit.
• Good communication and writing skill.

该职位位于广州文华东方酒店客房部，楼层主管负责向助理行政管家汇报，客房服务员向楼层主管汇报。按照酒店标准操作流程，确保客房整洁与清洁标准相符合，确保供需品、保养和环境都保持在高品质上。

• 时刻提供准确、高效和友善的服务。
• 确保环境干净、舒适、温馨并保养良好。
• 把握每一个可以令客人满意和愉悦的机会。
• 确保所有客人的资料都交由客户历史资料协调员录入到客人档案中。
• 以有效交流的方式营造热情服务的环境。

• 及时、主动和同事沟通准确的信息。
• 成为一名有主见、积极的团队成员。
• 向团队的新员工给予在岗和课堂式的培训。
• 保证所有机器和清洁用品都被正确使用，并与当地的安全标准保持 一致以保障安全。

• 两年以上国际酒店相关岗位工作经验。
• 较强的适应能力及抗压能力。
• 良好的沟通技巧。
