Operational Support

  • Collaborate closely with the Cost Control, Purchasing, Income Audit, Accounts Receivable (Credit), and Accounts Payable teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensure effective financial process management.
  • Ensure all financial processes are executed in compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and internal standards.
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal control procedures.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis

  • Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
  • Perform Budget vs. Forecast vs. Actual variance analyses and provide meaningful commentary on key drivers and deviations.
  • Support financial planning activities by delivering accurate analyses and actionable business insights.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with USALI (Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry) standards.
  • Prepare and analyze departmental Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting packages for senior leadership.
  • Ensure timely and accurate group reporting and consolidation through Hyperion.

Qualifications

Mandatory

  • Strong knowledge of USALI standards.
  • Previous experience working with an international chart of accounts.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance, financial reporting, or FP&A within the hospitality industry; luxury or five-star hotel experience is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Hyperion (Planning / Smart View) and SUN Systems; knowledge of Opera and Micros/Symphony is an advantage.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience using HotStats and other hotel benchmarking tools.
  • Sound knowledge of Turkish accounting and tax regulations (VUK and TFRS).
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills.
