Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Executive Chef will lead the culinary vision, pre-opening planning, and day-to-day operation of all kitchens at Mandarin Oriental, Da Nang. This role is responsible for developing and launching the resort's culinary concepts, establishing operating standards, overseeing menu development and recipe costing, driving food quality and guest satisfaction, and building a high-performing culinary brigade. The successful candidate will bring extensive luxury resort experience and a proven pre-opening track record, helping shape the food and beverage identity of one of Mandarin Oriental's most anticipated upcoming resort openings in Southeast Asia.
