About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Spa Department, the Spa Attendant reports to the Spa Operations Manager.

As Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties :

• You are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Spa.

• You are in charge of cleaning the spa facilities and equipment, treatment rooms, wet areas, changing rooms, and restrooms, while ensuring compliance with the establishment's standards and operating procedures.

• You are also responsible for replenishing linen supplies and cleaning products.

• You contribute to the overall quality of service within the department and actively support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Spa.

As Spa Attendant, we expect from you:

• You have successful previous experience in a similar position within a five-star hotel or luxury palace.

• You have a professional working proficiency in both French and English.
