It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will keep the guest’s perspective in mind at all times and carry out the mission of the Sales & Commerce Division.
The Director of Sales and Commerce is responsible for directing the hotel sales and marketing team in achieving the revenue goals as laid out in the hotel Marketing Plan as well as taking responsibility for all rooms, banquet and catering sales, solicitation of new business and implementing sales action plans set forth in the Marketing Plan.
The Director of Sales and Commerce reports directly to the General Manager.
This role is based in the United States, in Miami or New York; with the latter being the preference.
