About the job

Based within the Sales & Marketing in Guangzhou, the Director of Revenue is responsible for providing the hotel with key revenue management decisions by implementing the MOHG revenue management system (both manual and automated), analysis in line with Hotel and MOHG standards and policies and ensuring both maximization of revenues and thus, profitability for the property.

 

As Director of Revenue, we expect from you:

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, preferably with an international luxury hotel chain.
  • Proven track record of successful revenue optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems and a comprehensive understanding of key analytical and technology tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively, and to solve problems using data to draw conclusions.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent collaboration skills especially in cross-functional environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor actions, and industry best practices.
  • Possess commercial acumen, effective time management, and professional presentation skills.
