The Director of Commerce & Marketing is a strategic commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth, brand visibility, and market share across all resort segments. This role partners with Revenue Management to align pricing and distribution strategies, while taking full ownership of sales, marketing, and guest engagement initiatives.
A key focus of the role is proactive selling—actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating direct relationships with high-value clients, and maintaining a strong presence in key feeder markets. The ideal candidate brings an established network of leisure travel agents andluxury travel partners, leveraging these relationships to drive bookings and brand advocacy. The director leads a small team to execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage digital and PR strategies, and deliver measurable results. Success in this role requires a hands-on approach, strong industry connections, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences through strategic commercial leadership. The role is based in the United States, off of the East Coast.
