About the job

Lead the overall digital marketing operations of the hotel, including strategy formulation, channel operation, brand promotion, online campaign management, data analysis and reputation optimization. Responsible for driving direct online revenue, enhancing brand digital influence, improving guest conversion and user engagement, and delivering sustainable marketing growth in line with hotel business and revenue objectives.

As Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Maintain good relations with main E-commerce representative through telephone and social contact to provide accurate information on the resort’s latest facilities, services and activities
• Ensure hotel receives regular exposure in social media
• Together with the Director of Communications, plan and develop promotional and communications strategies via internet, social media and e-mail.
• Maintain regular contact with social media and other website representative to keep up-to-date contact lists

Encourage and create regular write up material highlighting new services, special promotions and the Unique Selling Propositions of hotel

• Ensure all product information is correct in all forms of social media and website.
• Other tasks as deemed appropriate by the Director of Communications

As Digital Marketing Executive, we expect from you: 

• Industry-oriented and passionate
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience with similar position
• Proficient in English
• Good communication skills
• Creative and innovative
