Driven by a passion for the exceptional—every day, everywhere—our mission is to craft time‑enriching experiences that transform the ordinary into the exceptional, and guests into fans.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong Corporate Office, the Digital Learning Intern (SOP Programme) supports a large-scale, AI‑enabled project to standardize, digitize, and transform Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across Food & Beverage and Rooms operations.

Working closely with the Senior Designer, Digital Learning, this role contributes to phased project milestones—30 SOPs by Q2, 60 by Q3, and 80 by Q4—through structured documentation, multimedia creation, and digital learning module development.

As the Digital Learning Intern (SOP Programme), you will be responsible for:

SOP Content Development & Documentation

  • Develop 30+ SOP Digital Learning Modules from March to December using AI-enabled workflows, templates, and standards provided by the Senior Designer.

  • Use AI tools to produce first‑draft content, refine wording, standardize tone, and support consistency across SOP modules.

  • Convert operational SOPs into clear, structured formats including step‑by‑step guides, checklists, decision points, and visual references.

  • Create engaging multimedia materials—visuals, microlearning assets, short-form videos, animations, and interactive job aids—to support module interactivity.

  • Apply revisions based on feedback from the Senior Designer and subject matter experts (F&B and Rooms).

Multimedia Asset Creation & Platform Deployment

  • Produce and edit multimedia assets such as avatar videos, demos, quizzes, infographics, and other supporting learning materials.

  • Configure and publish SOP Digital Learning Modules on the Docebo Learning Management System.

  • Ensure all assets align with established design standards, templates, and platform guidelines.

  • Maintain organised version control, file naming conventions, and structured storage of SOP assets and documents.

Project Coordination

  • Support progress tracking across all SOP phases (F&B Phase 1 & 2, Rooms Phase 1–3), updating dashboards and trackers on SOP status across drafting, review, and finalisation stages.

  • Coordinate inputs, reviews, and approvals with stakeholders, including F&B and Rooms subject matter experts and property representatives.

  • Assist in preparing materials for pilots and pre‑opening support, including consolidated SOP packages tailored to upcoming property timelines.

As Digital Learning Intern (SOP Programme), we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree or current studies in Graphic Design, Media, Communications, Education, or a related field preferred.

  • 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, video production, content creation, project coordination, or training support.

  • Experience using AI tools for content creation is an advantage.

  • Strong proficiency with multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms) and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and think creatively in finding solutions.
