We are currently looking for a talented and highly driven Commis de Servicewith passion of creating meMOrable dining experiences for guests.
Be part of the pre-opening team of our new and exciting restaurant launch: Ottolenghi. Following a phase of significant transformation, the hotel will unveil Europe's first opening of that celebrated hospitality brand.
The Commis de Service is responsible for setting up the restaurant, taking dishes from the kitchen to the dining room and clearing dishes from the dining room to the Back Office.
The Commis de Service also helps to serve breakfast.
Job Requirements:
Minimum BEP/CAP service qualification
Inborn sense of welcome, natural smile
Sociable and enjoy contact with customers
Fluent French, English compulsory
1st experience in a luxury hotel recommended
Please note this is a full-time permanent position

Under the guidance and supervision of the Executive Chef, the Demi Chef De Partie Pastry is responsible for the smooth running of the daily pastry production in the outlet. Needs to have a strong foundation in preparing various types of pastries.
