The mission and intent of this position is that the incumbent will take a leading role in the OUTLET Kitchen, supporting the Demi Chef and Chef de Partie leading and inspiring the team to create a 5 Star environment.
The Commis will need to be able to run a station and still assist in leading the team.
Reports Directly to Demi Chef/ Chef de Partie. There are no functional positions reporting to the Commis.
