As a Casual Kitchen Steward at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitise kitchenware
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas
• Assist in sorting of kitchen waste and adhering to established guidelines and local regulations.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and reporting any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel.
