As a Captain in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for:

• Be in charge of assigned section to ensure smooth operation

• Greet the guests, take orders, deliver food & beverage items and handle payments according to hotel’s standards and procedures

• Present and explain menu items to guests as well as making recommendations in a professional manner

• Create special moments and provide seamless service with guests

• Provide on-the-job training for colleagues

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Captain

• Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service

• Pleasant, presentable, service -oriented, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
