As a Captain in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for:
Be in charge of assigned section to ensure smooth operation
Greet the guests, take orders, deliver food & beverage items and handle payments according to hotel’s standards and procedures
Present and explain menu items to guests as well as making recommendations in a professional manner
Create special moments and provide seamless service with guests
Provide on-the-job training for colleagues
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as Captain
Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service
Pleasant, presentable, service -oriented, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
