About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Brand Strategy Manager to join our Brand & Customer team within the leading Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Based in London, this global role will be instrumental in defining and executing brand strategy across our portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy & Innovation, you will play a key role in ensuring that our brand positioning, strategy, and vision are consistently implemented across all hotels and business verticals to elevate the brand, drive performance, and enhance guest satisfaction.
As a critical member of the team, you will act as a brand custodian, working across multiple departments including development, technical services, digital, marketing, and more. You will take ownership of brand strategy execution, delivering key projects, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.
