We’re looking for a passionate salesperson to join our Resort’s Boutique and provide an unforgettable shopping experience to our guests. If you have a love for fashion and art, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a creative retail environment with a sense of place, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

 

As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our Boutique, delivering exceptional customer service while building relationships with clients and creating a welcoming, stylish atmosphere. Your ability to offer personalized product recommendations, meet sales targets, and maintain a visually appealing boutique will directly contribute to the success of our store.

The Boutique Sales Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and receives tailored shopping experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized follow-ups and styling advice.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Assist in the visual merchandising and upkeep of the boutique to reflect the brand's aesthetic and values.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to advise customers on the latest collections, trends, and promotions.
  • Process transactions and manage stock levels in line with company procedures.
  • Be a driving force behind new ideas and proposals.
  • Support the Boutique Manager in achieving operational and store objectives.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or fashion sales is preferred, but not essential.
  • A passion for fashion and an eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Fluent in French & English.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
