By delegating own task to colleagues and Outlet Managers, lead and coach them to grow
Understand his/her influence to other department by her/his positive attitude to colleagues, daily statement, behavior, ideas
Organize consistent and monthly-scheduled bar training sessions based on bar techniques and hotel/Group’s service standards (LQA, MOQA, FORBES）
Creation and update of the bartender training manual as well as the bartenders’ training check lists
Update open / close check list of the bars
Actively engage with departmental trainers
Creation and update of SOP / P&P linked to the Bar Service and Bar Product
Proactive involvement to daily operation and support when busy
Active engagement to the assignment given by superior
Problem solving for daily challenges, taken full responsibility of the matter and provide instructions if needed
Handling of guest comments and complains and efficient problem solving to the matter
Handling of hotel VIP guests (regardless in house or not)
