We are currently looking for a talented and highly driven Barman/Barmaid with passion of creating meMOrable dining experiences for guests.

The Barman/Barmaid is responsible for making cocktails or preparing drinks behind the Bar. The Barman/Barmaid's mission will be to contribute, day after day, to the smooth running of his/her department, in accordance with Mandarin Oriental guidelines and standards and local customs.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Have a very good understanding of the outlet’s concept and food and beverage offerings including promotions and be able to verbally explain those to the guests
• Make cocktails or prepare drinks behind the bar
• Make suggestions
• Introduce new products
• Promote the drinks/cocktails of the month.
• Contribute, day after day, to the smooth running of his/her department, in accordance with Mandarin Oriental guidelines and standards and local customs.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement among the restaurant colleagues.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum BEP/CAP service
• French and English are essential
• Excellent presentation
• Inborn sense of welcome, natural smile
• Outgoing and enjoy customer contact
