Duties and Responsibilities

Create regular press release, pitches and interviews material highlighting new services, special promotions of the hotel
Maintain regular contact with local and international media (media hostings, press trips...)
Implement the hotel's annual advertising plan and coordinate together with the Director of Marketing & Communications
Liaise with F&B, Spa, Rooms and Events departments to coordinate all hotel promotions and marketing drives
Plan, organise and oversee all photography & videography sessions for the hotel
Oversee production of existing collateral and development of new promotional materials in compliance with MOHG CID guidelines
Ensure all collaterals are up to date with new or current information
Develop an overall digital marketing plan (monitoring of website, eDMs, digital campaigns, social media accounts) and execute across all channels
Plan and coordinate brand collaborations and media events
Manage and work closely with creative and public relations agencies for development of new marketing communications and tactical/promotional materials
Prepare the Marketing & Communications Plan, together with the Director of Marketing & Communications
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the management from time to time
Greet celebrities and overseas press and offer assistance as required throughout their stay in conjunction with Director of Marketing & Communications
Generate new content for social media channels

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related Marketing and Communications field
Minimum 5 years’ working experience in the luxury hotel industry; international experience preferred
Previous experience is essential in similar role, must have been a Marketing and Communications for a minimum of 2 years with a proven track records of results
Proficient in written and spoken English and Turkish
Ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles, appropriate to relevant audiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good marketing sense and organizational skills
Excellent use of Microsoft Office programs
Capable of creative thinking, working with flair and imagination
Experience in working with and directing PR & advertising Creative Agencies
Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
