About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Corporate Office within the Global Distribution team in Hong Kong, the Assistant Integrations Support Manager is responsible for leading distribution related integration projects, i.e. new hotels, hotel takeovers, new channels, and any other projects that affect system interfaces.

As an Integrations Support Lead, you will be responsible for: 

  • Leading distribution related integration projects and managing the CRS system.
  • Working closely with hotels, vendors, and channel partners to deliver distribution related integration projects and matters.
  • Overseeing integrations for new channel activations.
  • Working closely with the System and Projects Lead to oversee interface activation of systems and channels for new and takeover hotels.
  • Building and mapping coding for integrations in SynXis, HMS and 3rd party channel platforms.
  • Managing corporate governance of system coding and mapping.
  • Leading ad hoc integration projects with hotels and partners as required.
  • Troubleshooting integration related issues.
  • Maintaining and updating project plans as necessary.
  • Planning and executing any new integration projects.
  • Supporting the Distribution Team with day-to-day tasks as required.
  • Acting as HMS specialist for the team.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with CRS and 3rd party providers.
  • Assisting with training new hotel colleagues as required.
  • Providing support to the VP Global Distribution & Reservations as required with reports, audits, administration, presentations, etc.
  • Performing other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
