Responsibilities

• Direct all F&B outlets to achieve departmental /divisional goals
• To drive revenues and profitability of the division
• Review financial performance in all outlets on ongoing basis
• Review guest surveys, satisfaction and be point of contact for VIP’s of the hotel and/or restaurant
• Building strong customer relationships (both colleagues and guests), and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Administrative duties include but not limited to scheduling staff, payroll, implementing F&B activations, marketing initiatives.
• Promote and represent the company in every moment.
• Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others (especially other departments/divisions) to meet shared objective

Requirements

• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management is preferred.
• Previous experience as Asst Director of Food & Beverage is preferred, previous experience as Restaurant Manager in a luxury/high end hotel and/or restaurant is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Five Star Hotel is required.
• Computer skills including MS Office is required.
• Ability to understand effective approaches of communication with different individuals.
• Good command in Spanish & English, other languages are a plus.
