Position: Commis de Cuisine - Colleague Dining (M/F/D) (Full time #539255 )

Location: Zurich, Switzerland
As Commis de Cuisine you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Ensuring the flawless preparation, quality and appealing presentation of our food in accordance with our high quality standards
Ensuring that food waste is kept to a minimum
Creative support in the development of a new, varied menu for our staff canteen
Requesting goods in coordination with the supervisor and checking the daily receipt of goods
Responsible for the daily control of hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of the HACCP guidelines
As Commis de Cuisine we expect you to have:
Completed training as a chef.
Professional experience in a similar function - preferably in the upscale hotel/catering industry
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure - your position includes weekend and public holiday shifts
Eye for detail and creativity - to bring your culinary signature to the table
Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills
Strong leadership skills - to manage your own post
High level of commitment as well as a structured, results-oriented and independent way of working
High quality awareness
Very good knowledge of English, further foreign language skills are an advantage
